By accessing or using VELOX ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

VELOX is an adaptive training platform that connects athletes with coaches and provides personalized training plans. Our Service integrates with third-party fitness tracking services to optimize training recommendations based on your performance and recovery data.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You agree to pay all applicable fees at the prices in effect when charges are incurred.

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. You will be notified at least 30 days before any price changes take effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Coach-Athlete Relationship

VELOX facilitates connections between coaches and athletes but is not a party to the coach-athlete relationship. Coaches are independent professionals responsible for the training guidance they provide. Athletes should consult with healthcare professionals before beginning any training program.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party services including Strava, Whoop, and Garmin Connect. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VELOX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant us a license to use it in connection with the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Training recommendations are suggestions only and should not replace professional medical advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VELOX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VELOX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
